Terms of Use

RepFast is built and operated by Wirecore GmbH ("Wirecore", "we", "us"). By installing or using RepFast you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Standard EULA for Licensed Application End Users.

We grant you a non-transferable license to use RepFast on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not reverse-engineer, sublicense, or redistribute the app.

• Annual Pro: €9.99/year, auto-renewable. Apple will charge your Apple ID at the start of each renewal period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Lifetime Pro:€29.99, one-time. Grants access to all current and future Pro features for the lifetime of the app on this Apple ID's purchase history.
• Prices in other currencies are set by Apple's regional pricing.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not directly process refunds.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from RepFast at Profile → Manage subscription.

RepFast is provided "as is". We try hard to make a reliable app, but we can't promise it will be error-free, available at all times, or that it will fit a particular workout philosophy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wirecore disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RepFast.

RepFast is a workout logger, not a personal trainer. Always lift within your ability and consult a qualified professional before starting a new training routine. We are not responsible for any injury sustained while using the information you log in RepFast.

Use RepFast for personal workout tracking. Don't attempt to probe, scan, or test the app's vulnerabilities, decompile the binary, or use it in any unlawful way.

We may update these Terms when laws change or when we update the app meaningfully. The "last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of RepFast after an update means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Wirecore GmbH's registered seat, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
