Common questions

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?+

Install RepFast, open Profile → Unlock RepFast Pro → tap Restore in the top-right of the paywall. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase.

How do I cancel my annual subscription?+

Profile → Manage subscription. This opens iOS Settings where you can cancel RepFast Pro. You'll keep Pro until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?+

Apple handles all refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find RepFast in your purchase history, and request a refund. Apple's standard refund window is 14 days in most regions.

My data disappeared!+

RepFast stores everything on your device. If you reinstalled the app, iOS removed your data — there is no cloud backup. We are exploring iCloud sync as a future Pro feature.

Is there an Android version?+

Not yet. We're focused on iOS for v1. If enough Android lifters ask, we'll consider it.
